Structure of battery low-temperature test box body
1) The box is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant appearance and easy operation.
2) The inner liner of the box is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer liner of the box is made of A3 steel plate spray painted, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
3) The large area window is equipped with lighting to keep the inside of the box bright, and the three-layer tempered glass embedded in the heating body is used to clearly observe the condition inside the box.
4) The left side of the box is equipped with a 50mm diameter test hole, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.
5) It has explosion-proof function.
Control system for battery low-temperature test chamber:
Utilizing a Balanced Temperature Control System (BTHC), an LCD LCD P.I.D+S.S.R. microcomputer integrated controller with stable performance, high precision, and simple operation.

Battery low-temperature test chamber freezing and air circulation system:
1) The refrigeration unit adopts the French "Taikang" air-cooled fully enclosed compressor.
2) The refrigerant used is environmentally friendly and green (HFC) R404a.
3) The centrifugal fan is used for strong circulation, avoiding any dead corners and ensuring even temperature distribution in the testing area.
4) The heating and cooling system is independent, which can improve efficiency and reduce failure rates.
5) Refrigeration accessories: Expansion valve (Danfoss DANFOSS), solenoid valve (Italy), filter (Danfoss DANFOSS), pressure switch (Danfoss DANFOSS), gas-liquid separator (European and American ALCO) and other imported refrigeration accessories.
