working principle

1. Inhalation process: The rotor of the peristaltic pump is equipped with components such as rollers or pressure shoes. When the rotor rotates, these components will successively squeeze the elastic hose or hard tube. During the squeezing process, a vacuum is formed inside the tube at the squeezed area, which draws fluid into the tube.

2. Discharge process: As the rotor continues to rotate, the roller or pressure shoe leaves the compressed area, and the pressure inside the pipe returns to normal. At the same time, the next roller or pressure shoe begins to compress another part of the pipe, pushing the fluid inside the pipe forward and achieving fluid discharge.
