5、 Installation method
11. Open the packaging box and check the type and quantity of attachments according to the packing list.
12. Remove the packaging and fasteners.
13. Simply turn on the power to start using it.
6、 Usage method
11. Power on: The power switch is located on the back of the instrument.
After turning on the power switch, the instrument is powered on and the display screen shows the startup screen after loading the system:
12. After starting the screen, automatically jump to the main interface:
13. Operation
On the right side of the page is the button area
16) Parameter settings:
Click the "Parameter Settings" button to jump to the parameter input interface
On this interface, you can set the "set temperature" and "experiment duration" (the factory default settings are 37 ℃ and 60 minutes).
Click on the item box that needs to be modified, and the soft keyboard will pop up. Modify the parameters through the soft keyboard, and press the Enter key on the soft keyboard after modification, and the soft keyboard will disappear.
After all parameters are modified, press the "confirm" button to make the modified parameters effective and return to the main interface.
17) Heating up
Click the "Heating Stop" button on the right side of the main interface, which will change to "Heating On". At this point, the instrument will start heating according to the set temperature and automatically enter a constant temperature state.
The real-time temperature will be displayed in the "Real time Temperature" box above the main interface. After the temperature reaches the set temperature and remains constant for a period of time, the experiment can begin.
18) Experiment begins
Click the "Experiment Stop" button on the right side of the main interface, and the instrument will enter the timing mode selection interface:
Unified timing: All test tube wells used for the experiment will start the experiment uniformly and be timed uniformly.
After pressing the "Unified Timing" button, the timing selection interface will close and the main interface will be displayed. The timer in the "Running Time" box will start and display the running time. When there are still 30 seconds left before the set duration, the instrument will emit a beep sound. After reaching the set duration, a prompt box will pop up.
Grouping timing: According to experimental needs, the test tube wells used for the experiment can be divided into several groups and timed separately, with a maximum of ten groups supported.
After pressing the "Group Timing" button, the timing selection interface will close and the group timing setting interface will be displayed:
Click within the time frame of the group that is scheduled to be enabled, enter the duration of the group through the pop-up soft keyboard, and then click the enter key on the soft keyboard.
After entering the duration of all groups that need to be enabled, click the "confirm" button to close the group timing setting interface and enter the group timing mode interface:
On this interface:
Click the "timer stop" button corresponding to the group that needs to be started to start the timer for that group.
Click the "Timing Time Setting" button to display the group timing setting interface, where you can modify the timing duration of the group.
The real-time temperature box displays the real-time temperature of the heating constant temperature body.
Click the "Exit Group Timing" button, a prompt box will appear. Click "OK" in the prompt box to exit the experiment and return to the main interface. Click "Return" to continue the group experiment.
30 seconds before the timer expires, the instrument will emit a beep sound and the corresponding timer for the group will flash. After the timer expires, a prompt box will appear saying "Experiment * End".

19) Experiment pause (stopped midway through the experiment)
a) Under unified timing mode
During the experiment, if it is necessary to pause:
You can press the "Experiment Start" button to jump to the prompt interface, and the timer will pause. When you need to continue the experiment, press the "No" button to close the prompt interface and the timer will continue to run.
Stop halfway through the experiment:
You can press the "Experiment Start" button to jump to the prompt interface. Press the "Yes" button to close the prompt interface, the timer stops running, and the experiment stops.
b) In group timing mode
During the experiment, if it is necessary to pause a group:
You can pause the "timer start" button corresponding to the group as needed, and the prompt interface will appear. The timer will pause, and when you need to continue the experiment, press the "return" button to close the prompt interface and the timer will continue to run. (Does not affect other groups)
During the experiment, if it is necessary to stop a certain group:
You can stop the "timer start" button corresponding to the group as needed, and the prompt interface will appear. Press the "OK" button to close the prompt interface, and the timer for that group will stop running. (Does not affect other groups)
14. Temperature calibration
Due to the physical characteristics of temperature drift in temperature measuring components, the instrument may experience temperature deviation exceeding the standard after a period of use. In this case, it is necessary to calibrate the instrument temperature. The method is as follows:
4) Take a test tube and fill it with a small amount of water (the amount of water should be adjusted to insert the test tube into the heating constant temperature body hole, and then insert a thermometer into the test tube. The water level should rise to about the same level as the upper surface of the heating constant temperature body). Insert the test tube into the 31st hole (the heating constant temperature body is in the 8th row from back to front and the 3rd column from left to right), and take a calibrated precision mercury thermometer and insert it into the test tube.
5) Set the instrument temperature to 37.0 ℃; Start heating, wait for the temperature to reach the set temperature, and keep it constant for more than half an hour, then accurately read the reading temperature of the mercury thermometer (including one decimal place);
6) After clicking the "Temperature Calibration" button on the right side of the main interface, the "Temperature Calibration" interface will pop up. Accurately fill in the displayed temperature of the mercury thermometer (including one decimal place) in the "Actual Temperature" box
7) Click the "Confirm" button to activate the calibration, close the calibration interface, and return to the main interface. At this point, the temperature inside the measured temperature box begins to change, and after about three to four seconds, the temperature value inside the measured temperature box will change to the temperature value indicated by the mercury thermometer. (It is normal for there to be an error of 0.2 ℃ between the corrected measured temperature value and the mercury thermometer reading at this time. The heating system algorithm of this machine controls the fluctuation in advance. After a period of heating and constant temperature process, the system will automatically compensate for it.)
