When the moisture mass fraction is less than 0.2%, it can be heated in hot air at 85 ℃ for 4-5 hours; When the moisture mass fraction is greater than 0.2%, vacuum drying at (115 ± 5) ℃ for more than 4 hours is required to ensure sufficient drying and prevent oxidation. The process used in actual production is vacuum drying at 110 ℃ for 6 hours. Moisture control treatment is also necessary for PA66 plastic parts.
