1、 Disassembly and assembly specifications

Dismantling techniques

Take off from the two ends of the front of the Flat noodles, and do not force it on one side

It is recommended to wear dust-free gloves during operation to avoid contamination and affect transparency

Installation points

Pay attention to the square/semicircular design at both ends of the Flat noodles, and the semicircular end must be aligned with the raised steps of the slot

After installation, press both sides and the middle to ensure compaction

2、 Liquid processing

Shoot dry operation

It must be slapped vertically downwards. Slapping at an oblique angle will lead to uneven drying or Flat noodles falling off

Hand washing the board requires repeating the steps of liquid injection, standing for 30 seconds, and spin drying 5 times

Sample addition requirements

Add the gun head at a 45 degree angle to the hole wall to avoid residue caused by adding samples vertically at a 90 degree angle

Suggested working volume: 75-200 μ L (12 well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay strip volume: 360 μ L)

3、 Experimental cooperation

Preparation of ELISA reader

The instrument needs to be placed horizontally and preheated for at least 5 minutes

Check the wavelength setting of the filter before measurement (such as 450nm detection needs to be confirmed)

Special precautions

The color reaction needs to be avoided from light. It is recommended to use a sliding drawer to avoid light

Different experiments require replacement of gun heads, and mixing is strictly prohibited to prevent cross contamination

Note: Please refer to the actual product manual for specific operations. Differences in the material of the enzyme immunoassay strip may affect the detection type (ordinary PS material is not suitable for ELISA)
