Purpose and Introduction
This machine is a continuous water bath sterilization equipment. The bottles that need to be sterilized will automatically immerse themselves in hot water after entering the mesh belt. After a predetermined time of sterilization, hot water will be discharged and enter the cleaning section outside the bottle for cleaning and pre cooling, completing the sterilization requirements.
The heating of this machine is completed by steam passing through an efficient stainless steel heat exchanger, which is energy-saving and less polluting; The hot water circulation is completed by a large flow inlet stainless steel heat-resistant pump. The control of various actions of this machine is completed by PLC and set on the touch screen.
