BLA-500 Ammonia Escape Online Monitoring System (NH)3)Based on the principle of tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology. The system consists of three main parts: preprocessing, gas analysis module, and data processing and display. The tested gas undergoes high-temperature sampling probe dust removal, high-temperature transmission through heat tracing pipes, and enters the high-temperature gas analysis module (TDLAS technology) for analysis and measurement. Effectively solved the blockage of the flow path caused by low-temperature crystallization of ammonium salts, and the precipitation and dissolution of NH in low-temperature condensed water3The resulting measurement accuracy is low, and the high dust attenuation optical path of the in-situ system leads to technical difficulties such as inability to measure.
