Paenibacillus Ash (Priest&Collin, 1994) is rod-shaped, Gram positive, negative, or variable, and moves with flagella. When cells are contaminated with Bacillus like bacteria, some rod-shaped swimming insects can be seen under the microscope, which have strong resistance to penicillin, kanamycin, chloramphenicol, ampicillin, tetracycline, streptomycin, kanamycin, etc. It is difficult to remove and quickly proliferates to compete with cells for nutrients. The culture medium will not become turbid.
