Preparation method:

Powder: Dissolve45.3Transfer the culture medium to 1L of distilled water, boil until dissolved, and sterilize under high pressure at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes.

Obtain isolated bacterial colonies from specimens using standard procedures. Invert the agar plate (with the agar side facing up), and thenIncubate at 35 ± 2 ° C for 18-48 hours. Inoculate test tubes with pure culture or specimen materials. Incubate the test tube in an aerobic environment at 35 ± 2 ° C for 18-24 hours.
