Cultivation medium formula:
glucose:40.0 g/L (providing carbon source)
Protein peptone:10.0 g/L (providing nitrogen source)
Agar:15.0 g/L (coagulant)
PH: 5.6 ± 0.2 (acidic environment inhibits bacterial growth)
Preparation method：
Dissolve 47.5g of dry powder in 1L of pure water.
2. Heat and boil until dissolved.
3. Sterilize under high pressure at 121 ° C for 15 minutes.
