The car wire sanding belt dragging test machine is developed and designed in accordance with the relevant standards of GB5013-2008 and JB/T4278-93 and their electrical accessories. Operating procedures

1. Firstly, place the instrument in a fixed location and adjust it horizontally using the four legs under the instrument.

2. Insert the 10A power plug on the instrument into a socket with a 220V power supply.

3. At this point, the counter and stop button on the control panel display a red signal indicating that the power is on.

4. Start the green button, the frequency converter displays a number or 0.0

5. Press the right side of the long button on the frequency converter (Table Note 1), and the instrument will start to run up and down repeatedly, and the counter will start counting.

6. Use a stopwatch to time and check if it meets the test speed. If it is greater or less than the requirement, please rotate the knob on the frequency converter (clockwise for large, counterclockwise for small) until it meets the requirement (40 times/minute per trip).

7. After adjusting the test speed, press the long button on the left side of the frequency converter (Note 2) to stop the instrument from running. And reset the numbers displayed on the counter to zero.

8. Set the numbers on the counter according to the experimental requirements.


Test method

1. According to the relevant regulations of the standard, wrap a 2m long sample around the bottom of the fixed wheel groove twice, tighten and fix it to prevent any relative movement between the cable and the fixed wheel.

2. Place a 1m long specimen in the slot where two circles of specimens are fixed, then hang a heavy hammer on one end of the specimen and fix the other end on a hook.

During the experiment, lubricating oil should be regularly added to the guide rods of the traction weights and flexible wires to reduce frictional resistance.

4. After the experiment is completed, turn off the power and remove the sample for insulation core voltage testing.
