Working Principle:

Automotive sampling machineComposed of a motor, a sampling screw, and a sampling cylinder. Select the sampling point during sampling, press the power switch, and the sample will be continuously eliminated. Full section sampling can collect all samples, and only collecting a certain section of the sample can complete the sampling work at a certain depth. After sampling is completed, release the power switch and take out the sampler. Using a motor to drive a rotary drill bit, the coal is continuously spun out from bottom to top. When the required depth is reached, the drilling is stopped. After the coal in the cylinder is discharged, the feeding cylinder or coal sample collection bag is put on, and then the drilling is continued to collect coal samples. After collecting the required weight of coal sample, discharge the remaining coal in the pipe and extract the sampler.

4. Compared with the coal truck sampling device and train sampling device, it has a higher cost-effectiveness.

Usage requirements:

1. Suitable for coal with feed particle size less than 80mm

2. If the sampling platform is configured, it will be more convenient to use.

3. Materials containing viscosity and corrosiveness are not suitable for this sampler.

4. Customization is required for sampling depths greater than 1000mm.
