Purpose:

Used for testing the flame spread state of curtains, sunshades, other interior suspension materials, and protective clothing fabrics used in car interiors under small flame impact.

Technical parameters:

1The sample fixing frame is made of stainless steel, with a height of 560mm and a width of 170mm. There are 27mm diameter 2 fixing pins and 20mm height 2mm diameter limit pins on the sample frame.

2Equipped with a stainless steel U-shaped pressure plate with a thickness of 1.0mm;

3The burner is made of brass and its structure and size meet the standard requirements. The burner can be adjusted vertically and at a 30 degree angle to the plane where the sample is located. The distance between the top of the burner and the bottom of the sample is 20mm. The burner can be pushed in the direction perpendicular to the sample and its positioning size can be adjusted to adapt to the firing position of different thickness samples.

4High voltage pulse automatic ignition and equipped with automatic fire extinguishing function.

5The fixed position of the marking line can be adjusted to accommodate samples of different thicknesses. Using a heavy hammer and sensor to sense the arrival time of combustion, convenient and reliable.

6Adopting PLC+touch screen control to achieve control/detection/calculation/data display

7All timing is automatic, and the fire will be automatically extinguished when the fire exposure time is reached;

8Calculate the combustion rate and save the data.
