I. Overview

RBY-4Automatic melting time limit testerIt is a new generation of melting time limit inspection device, which is mainly characterized by three metal frames that can automatically and synchronously flip according to the user's set operation mode. It is dedicated to checking the melting, softening or dispersion of solid preparations such as suppositories and vaginal tablets.

RBY-4 adopts microcomputer control to achieve water bath temperature measurement, timing, alarm, and control of metal frame flipping. The work is reliable, the operation is simple, and its technical indicators comply with the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. The instrument consists of two main parts: the main chassis and the water bath.

2、 Main performance indicators

1. Temperature control accuracy: 37 ℃± 0.3 ℃

2. Temperature control range: from room temperature to 50 ℃

3. Heating power: 1300W (maximum)

4. Working voltage: AC 220V ± 10% 50Hz with protective grounding

5. Environmental requirements: Temperature range of 10-37 ℃; Relative humidity less than 85%

6. Time limit selection:

P1 (runs for 30 minutes, with the metal frame automatically flipping every 10 minutes)

P2 (run for 60 minutes, metal frame automatically flips every 10 minutes)

P3 (run for 30 minutes without flipping the metal frame)

7. Overheating protection: When the temperature exceeds the limit, the heating power will be automatically cut off and there will be an audible and visual alarm

3、 Attention:

When the water bath is not filled with water, it is strictly prohibited to turn on the water pump, otherwise the water pump will be vulnerable;

When the water circulation system is not working or working abnormally, it is strictly prohibited to heat it by pressing the temperature control button, otherwise the heater will burn out and cause damage to the main unit;

When the water bath temperature rises to the predetermined temperature value, the water temperature in the beaker will lag behind, so the heating time should be appropriately extended before testing;

4. If the instrument is not used for a long time, please open the drain nozzle to empty the water in the water bath; And it is recommended to regularly power on the instrument for more than 10 minutes to reduce the risk of malfunctions;

5. The lifting and lowering of the bridge should be done with both hands, gently supported and placed, and there should be no collisions, falls or other phenomena;

6. Simple troubleshooting:

1) No display after power on: Check if the 220V power supply, fuse (10A), and power cord socket are in good contact;

2) The display is abnormal after power on, and the time display window does not show "00:00"; The temperature display window does not show the current water temperature: please turn off the power switch and wait for 20 seconds before turning it back on. If the issue cannot be resolved after repeated attempts, please contact us;

3) After starting to heat up, the water temperature does not rise: first remove the sensor probe from the water bath, rub the probe with your fingers or palm or approach the heat source to heat the probe, and observe whether the temperature display window value rises. If it does not rise, the fault point is in the sensor; If it rises, the fault point is in the heater or its related circuit inside the host box.
