Z606 automatic engraving line detectorTorus, a professional testing brand under Industrial PhysicsProvided, mainly used for measuring the residual amount of engraved lines on beverage easy to open lids and food easy to open lids, with good measurement accuracy, repeatability, and usability.
The detector adopts two proprietary 3D scanning white light interferometric sensors developed by the Torus R&D team. Each sensor will perform high-resolution scanning of the upper and lower surfaces of the engraved area, creating a complete 3D map for analysis and measurement. These sensors achieve good resolution by combining sub micron vertical scanning with sub micron X and Y area scanning, and can resolve up to 2.3 million surface data points per measurement of residual thickness of the engraved lines.
Easy to set up
Simply drag and drop the interface on the image of the easy to open lid to set the measurement position. Alternatively, you can input the X, Y coordinates or other user-defined data of the center of the easy to open lid.

Pioneer technology developed by Torus
Adopting the 3D scanning white light interferometric sensor developed by Torus, its resolution can reach sub micron level, and it can efficiently collect detailed data.

Customized algorithms can analyze up to 2.3 million data points during each scan, providing accurate measurements of the residual thickness of the engraved lines.
Results and Feedback
(a) Simulated display screen provides instant feedback on "qualified" and "unqualified"

(b) The graphical cross-sectional chart displays the "tangent" contour monitored during the lifespan

(c) Can provide 3D data output for detailed analysis and evaluation
