The Z345 is capable of detecting tank bodies with diameters ranging from 202 to 300, straight walled tanks, and finished tanks, with almost no need to replace parts. Operators can load metal cans onto the automatic feed conveyor belt from any direction, or directly load them from the production line.
Color detection
The high-resolution color scanning camera can read and 'unfold' labels, and then align them with the main image. Subsequently, the detector will transfer the metal can to the location previously selected by the user - with high positional repeatability accuracy, Ci64 will perform detection on it.
Measurement characteristics:
L * Value: Bright Dark
A * Value: Green (- a) - Red (+a)
B * Value: Blue (- b) - Yellow (+b)
C value: concentration/saturation
H value: color tone
Delta E: The change in overall color relative to the nominal reference value.
DeltaEcmc: Change the overall color based on the tolerance CMC of the nominal reference value
