● Automatic sampler system: The automatic sampler consists of a liquid extraction system, extraction system, cleaning system, lifting system, and 360 degree rotation system, equipped with a dedicated extraction cup. After collecting water samples, they can be directly used as extraction cups on the machine without the need for water sample transfer.
Infinite Loop Sampling System: During the sample testing process, new water samples can be added in real-time to achieve infinite loop measurement of water samples, allowing the instrument to continuously measure no less than 20 samples without interruption.
The automatic sampler is equipped with a dedicated sample cleaning position. After each sample extraction is completed, the cleaning system is activated to extract reagents and thoroughly clean all pipelines, pump valve systems, and minimize cross contamination.
The volume of the extraction cup water sample is measured using an imported liquid level ranging sensor and written into a software workstation. There is no need to read the sample volume with the naked eye or transfer it to a measuring cylinder for reading, and the volume measurement error is less than 2%.
Upgraded measurement method, with two sample measurement modes: fully automatic and manual. Based on measuring oil concentration in water, it can also be compatible with measuring cooking fumes and solid oil in the catering industry.
