Automatic comparison of deep learning techniques

By utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as deep learning (biological image alpha dog), we have solved the problem of fuzzy recognition of biological images in complex environments. 4) Algae classification and counting use different colors and sizes of color circles to mark various microalgae. Clicking by class, automatic accumulation counting, automatic sorting of dominant species, sorting by phylum (class), and analysis of dominant community composition percentage can automatically calculate Shannon Wiener index, evenness index, algal density conversion, and planktonic animal abundance conversion. A large number of geometric models are used to assist in calculating biomass

5) The classification and counting of planktonic animals use different colors and sizes of color circles to mark various microalgae, and click by class, automatically accumulate counting, automatically sort dominant species, sort by phylum (class), and analyze the percentage of dominant community composition
