AGS-510Automatic gas samplerDeveloped independently by Shanghai Hengxi Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd., it is used to automatically inject gaseous samples (non methane total hydrocarbons, etc.) into gas chromatographs (GC) or other analytical instruments through switching. It automatically completes the cleaning of the injection pipeline, quantitative ring, gas bag, and gas sample injection.

The sampler comes with an automatic configuration of standard curve function, which can configure different concentrations of standard samples.

The injector can independently purge each injection pipeline to prevent cross contamination.

The switching valve adopts Peek valve body and PI valve core, which prolongs the service life of the switching valve.

All gas pipelines are made of PTFE or PEEK, which meets the national standard requirements for gas injection.

Each sampling port of the sampler can switch between gas bag and syringe injection at any time, which is convenient and fast.

The injector has the function of detecting ultra-high concentration samples. When encountering high concentration samples, the injector will automatically shut down, start chromatographic heating, age the column, and achieve automation. (Determine based on chromatographic model and conditions)
