Torus Z605Automatic easy to open lid compression and rupture resistance testerfromTorus, a professional testing brand under Industrial PhysicsProvided with the ability to perform pressure and rupture tests on easy to open lids without replacing parts, it is also a can lid compression and rupture tester with up to three size capabilities and no need to manually replace parts.
The operator only needs to load the easy to open covers in bulk into the instrument to initiate the compression (flying tongue) and rupture tests. Subsequently, the detector will quickly export the organized data to the customer's SPC data acquisition system for analysis.
After collecting the easy to open lid from the hopper box loaded by the operator, the detector will place it in a dedicated mold, and then the easy to open lid will be precisely clamped and fixed in the corresponding position. Next, apply pressure to it until the easy to open lid yields or reaches the specified maximum pressure before completing the test. At this point, the operator can see graphical information about its resistance to yield and fracture, as well as data used for SPC analysis and qualified/unqualified classification.
Voltage withstand test | Accuracy:+-5.0 Kpa (+/-0.05 bar)
Fracture Test | Accuracy:+-5.0 Kpa (+/-0.05 bar)

Torus' mature contact measurement technology ensures accurate, reliable, and traceable measurements 24/7.

This is just one of the many testing equipment provided by industrial physics for the beverage industry. Please take a look at ourBeverage canning industry application pageUnderstand comprehensive testing and measurement solutions for the beverage canning industry.
A tester that can measure the pressure resistance and rupture resistance of three sizes of easy to open lids without the need to replace parts
Avoid operational errors, ensure accurate selection of molds, thereby saving time and improving efficiency
Adopting a modular design concept, the system can be constructed based on current and future detection needs
