The WYT series atomizer is a core accessory used for all AAS atomic absorption spectrophotometers both domestically and internationally. Can improve instrument sensitivity, detection limit, and stability. Equipped with anti clogging capillary tubes, the solution permeability is enhanced, reducing blockage of the interception nozzle, which is of great help to users with few unknown samples and high sensitivity. Advantages: Utilizing the inner diameter and length of the pipe to restrict flow and reduce blockage of the interception nozzle Without a shut-off nozzle, the solution has strong passability and is less likely to clog.
The WYT series atomizer is a core accessory used for all AAS atomic absorption spectrophotometers both domestically and internationally. It can improve the sensitivity, detection limit, and stability of the instrument, reaching the level of the same industry. The stainless steel jacket is compatible with the atomizer base, the outer tube is connected to air, the coaxial glass inner tube sucks in the measured solution, and the nozzle has an impact ball. Adopting equal inner diameter polyethylene flow limiting pipe, it is not easy to block.
Installation and debugging
The atomizer can pass through the atomizer seat hole and be directly inserted for use. If it cannot be passed through, remove the end of the fog chamber, then remove the impact ball cap, insert the atomizer into the atomization seat, put on the impact ball cap, suck in water to adjust the mist to spread out in a flat plane, and symmetrically charge forward with the impact ball support rod facing downwards. Pressure range of 0.2MPa-0.25MPa (depending on the atomic absorption model), flow rate of 5-7 liters/min, and lifting rate of 4-6ml/min. Adjust the acetylene flow rate and burner position, with the beam passing from directly above, and the main engine and gas supply should be stable. Preheat for more than 30 minutes, use 2ug/ml copper, absorbance 0.4A, relative standard deviation less than 1%.
