Detailed Introduction to Atmosphere Tube Furnace
1. The furnace body adopts a double-layer furnace shell structure, with fans installed between the double-layer furnace shells to quickly raise and lower the temperature, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell is low.
2. The furnace tube adopts 99 high-purity corundum tube or high-purity quartz tube, and both ends are sealed with SUS304 high vacuum flange.
3. The furnace material is made of imported alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption, which saves 50% energy. The heating furnace is composed of upper and lower parts, with the upper part of the furnace being able to be flipped backwards by 110 ℃ for easy access to experimental materials and replacement of furnace tubes. The heating element adopts Swedish Kantar resistance wire.
4. The temperature control system of the electric furnace adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, which has PID regulation, fuzzy control, self-tuning ability, and can program various heating programs. The temperature display accuracy of the control system is ± 1 ℃, the temperature field stability is ± 5 ℃, and the heating rate of 1-20 ℃ can be set arbitrarily.
