The Australian IPC BFA pneumatic independent four point bending small beam fatigue test device has a small beam support system designed to apply a 4-point bending load to asphalt mixture small beams, and allows all loading and reaction points to freely translate and rotate.
The servo motor driven by ball screw is used for vertical clamping of the specimen. The motor continues to work during the testing process, tightening the slack formed on the clamping surface due to deformation of the specimen. The clamping force is controlled by adjusting the motor current. The power supply for the motor drive circuit is provided by IMACS.
