Ice is a very strong adhesive used for micro mechanical applications of many difficult to handle small components.

Due to this natural property, using AMCC ice sheets as a fixed system has many advantages.

The AMCC ice plate is cooled by a dual flux heat exchanger, so only compressed air is needed to function.

The blank on the frozen core rod will freeze the water within a few seconds, and processing can begin. By shifting the airflow from freezing to thawing, thawing becomes easier.

These ice plates were originally used in workshops of the aerospace industry and have been demonstrated in the field of manufacturing fine parts, especially in the artificial crystal industry.

The lathe with GFR-20-IOL icing plate can use thinner blanks, saving materials and facilitating the next step of repositioning.

GFR-MF-20-IOL is interchangeable to accommodate different manufacturing steps. The core axis usually used for the first side is flat to accommodate a blank surface, while the core axis used for the second side is processed with a mirror image of the lens contour.

Due to the optional external center ring device, the positioning of the lathe disc can be easily achieved.

Due to the fact that the original "fixed length" clamp was used under the refrigeration unit, it is still easy to switch to "traditional" manufacturing.
