This product combines the principle of armored electric heating wire and uses high-performance nickel chromium resistance (heating) wire, which is precisely wound and provides accurate thermal power. Each resistance wire is firmly connected to the lead out rod through a new process, thus having an ideal working life. High purity magnesium oxide insulation material is used between the resistance (heating) wire and the protective tube, which has good electrical insulation and thermal conductivity. Widely used in vacuum coating equipment in the electronics industry for baking heating, greenhouse and oven heating, painting and epoxy resin treatment, air and other gas heating, thermoforming, heat treatment, tempering and annealing devices, and drying equipment heating.
