The positive arch three-layer explosive disc BT-ODV is used for medium to low explosive pressure applications in corrosive media. The sealing layer isolates the medium and is usually made of Teflon, but can also be made of SST high explosive grade. A complete vacuum support can enable the bursting disc to operate from vacuum to 80% pressure. The BT-ODV explosive disc is installed in the IG clamp. The size ranges from DN 20 (3/4 ") to the required size, and is installed in the u-holder unit while the ST-ODC disk is loaded into the s-holder unit.
