Precautions

Thank you for purchasing the chromatography column produced by Haohan

Each chromatographic column provided by Haohan has been aged, and for the analysis and separation effect you have obtained, please age it for another 1-2 hours before use. When aging, the carrier gas should be introduced for about 10 minutes first, and after the air inside the column is completely replaced, the temperature should be raised to the operating temperature using a program for aging.

To avoid contamination of the detector, please do not connect the chromatography column to the detector during aging.

When the temperature of the column box is higher than room temperature, a small amount of oxygen in the carrier gas will damage the stationary phase inside the chromatographic column. The carrier gas must be further deoxygenated using a deoxygenation tube (it is recommended that the oxygen content in the carrier gas used should not exceed 1PPm)

When installing the chromatography column, the product brand should face the operator, with the injection port (or see identification) on the left side of the column.

When disassembling the chromatographic column, first lower the column temperature to room temperature, and then turn off the carrier gas
