The JMHRS-150/45 "Aolongxin" precision full Rockwell hardness tester (head movable) adopts advanced closed-loop sensor control technology to achieve fully automatic control and hardness testing process. The "Aolongxin" loading system uses high-precision force sensors and a central controller to form a closed-loop system to achieve continuous tracking and control of the force application process throughout the entire process. The depth measurement system adopts high-precision displacement sensors, which can obtain small hardness values with a resolution of 0.1HR. The "Aolong Xin" precision full Rockwell hardness tester is fixed on the stage and hardness testing is carried out by the up and down movement of the indenter. The fixed test bench can eliminate the coaxiality error caused by the up and down rotation of traditional lead screws, greatly improving the accuracy and repeatability of testing, as well as increasing the stability and efficiency of machine operation.
