This helps to avoid duplicate measurements caused by incorrect settings or non-compliance with standards.


Convenient processing method: Mobile multifunctional distillation bottle stopper integrated with solid and durable temperature sensor

To improve the usability of the instrument and provide the operator with an experience, the evaporation temperature sensor is paired with a flask positioning bracket. The multifunctional distillation bottle stopper has two optional types: a solid metal material temperature sensor or a glass material sensor. With just one hand, the distillation flask (125 mL or 200 mL) can be installed in the correct position within seconds.

The integrated data storage will store the calibration data of the temperature sensor, which will be automatically applied when the sensor is installed on the instrument.



Balancing convenience and safety in operation: Intelligent automation operation design

After the distillation flask is installed on the heater, the protective cover will automatically rise upwards. The instrument will automatically recognize whether the flask and support plate used meet the method requirements, and distillation can only begin if the correct size is selected.

To ensure safety, the fully automatic protective cover lifting device isolates the flask to reduce the risk of contact with any high-temperature parts during operation and measurement. After completing the test, the heater will lower to accelerate the cooling of the flask. This means that you can save time and start the next measurement immediately.
