Ankarsrum KSV 5035/755 adopts an integrated design of "DC motor+gear reducer+optional control module", with each component performing its own duties and working together efficiently:

DC motor unit: As the power core, its armature size is precisely set to 50mm (diameter) × 35mm (length), achieving efficient energy conversion in a compact structure and providing basic rotational power for the entire system. The motor adopts F-class insulation standard and can withstand a high temperature environment of 155 ℃, ensuring electrical safety and stability during continuous operation.

Gear reducer module: rigidly connected to the motor output shaft, achieving precise conversion of speed and torque through multi-stage gear meshing. Provide two optional gear ratios of 24:1 and 49:1. According to the principle of energy conservation (power ≈ torque × speed), the high-speed low torque output of the motor can be converted into low-speed high torque power, meeting the requirements of heavy-duty driving. The gearbox adopts precision machining technology, with high transmission efficiency and excellent noise control, suitable for long-term continuous operation scenarios.

Control Enhancement Options: Supports the optional 28 D/60 D&S/100 D&S CPR multi specification encoder. As a rotation sensor, the encoder can convert physical quantities such as motor shaft position and speed into digital pulse signals, providing real-time feedback for closed-loop control systems and achieving micrometer level position control and speed adjustment; The optional tachometer further expands the speed monitoring and calibration functions, adapting to high-precision control scenarios.
