1 . Workstation panel:
1.1 The workstation is made of high-quality polypropylene resin board through annealing process, with stable structure, superior chemical resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance, non-toxic, odorless, good insulation and moisture retention;
1.2 Panel Connection: The front panel of the workstation is seamlessly connected to the top and bottom panels to prevent water vapor from condensing at the edges and corners, causing a large amount of water droplets to cover the front panel;
1.3 Front panel: tilted from bottom to top, designed ergonomically for easy observation and operation

3. Transfer box
3.1 A standard transfer box located outside the operating room, not embedded in the front panel, and not sharing the same access channel with the sleeve mouth to avoid obstructing the view.
3.2 The transfer box can be set to different levels for oxygen concentration blowing and quickly achieve it.
4. Control range of various indicators of the workstation
4.1 Oxygen concentration range: 0.5% to 23%, with an adjustment accuracy of 0.1%. Ensure that animals can still enjoy normal oxygen concentration in a sealed environment.
4.2 Oxygen concentration can be freely set on the control screen, and the instrument automatically adjusts without the need to purchase expensive mixed gases.
4.3 Four stage gas circulation: Users can perform O according to experimental requirements₂Four stage gas circulation, with customizable cycle time, gas concentration, and number of cycles.
4.4 Real time monitoring of carbon dioxide concentration, and the ability to set carbon dioxide concentration alarm thresholds on the screen, facilitating timely replacement of CO2 adsorbents and avoiding animal damage caused by excessive CO2 accumulation.
5. Built in oxygen and carbon dioxide probes, and can be calibrated with one click on the display screen.
6. The use of a sealed glove system ensures strict sealing of the workstation during operation.
7. Workstation built-in atomizer: It can convert drugs, allergens, or other mixtures into extremely fine aerosol suspended particles, evenly distributed in the workstation, to complete the sensitization and stimulation process required for animal modeling.
8. The workstation is equipped with a negative pressure system to prevent toxic substances from spreading into the air.
9. Comes with internal power sockets as standard, making it easy to use small electronic instruments inside the workstation.
10. Standard lighting control system that can simulate natural lighting changes: The studio has 12 levels of lighting intensity adjustment function, and can customize lighting intensity and duration.
11. Equipped with data recording function and USB data transfer port, it facilitates the transfer of workstation data.
12. Optional temperature control system to ensure constant animal body temperature.
13. It can integrate sample detection and analysis devices such as particle size distribution detectors and aerosol concentration distribution detectors.
