YY/T 0489-2023AppendixHThe flat fixture in the middle is a key component used to test the fixation strength of disposable sterile drainage catheters. Its design and size must meet standard requirements to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of test results.
According to the standard regulations, the flat fixture is made of rigid materials with smooth surfaces, and its specific structural features are as follows:
Plate hole diameter: should be larger than the outer diameter of the measured drainage catheter0.33 mm(1 Fr)To ensure that the catheter can pass smoothly and there is appropriate clearance;
Edge curvature radius of holes: The edge curvature radius of all hole attachments is2 mm±0.1 mmTo prevent additional damage to the catheter;
