DW-100A-K series anaerobic microaerophilic cultivationThe instrument is widely used for the cultivation of anaerobic bacteria (such as Clostridium perfringens, Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium) and microaerophilic bacteria (such as Campylobacter jejuni) required for food safety standard testing; Specific oxygen concentrations (1% -15% optional) and CO2 concentrations (5% -15% optional) can also be selected according to the needs of scientific research experiments to study the optimal cultivation conditions for anaerobic bacteria. Application principle:
The system adopts the "Flushing&Gassing" gas displacement method, which currently generates anaerobic/microaerophilic conditions, to create a culture gas environment. The system is equipped with a precision oil-free vacuum pump, high-precision pressure sensing device, and software control processing system, which can automatically control the extraction and replacement of gases, enabling the connected tanks to quickly reach anaerobic, microaerophilic, or oxygen concentration settings and carbon dioxide concentration settings in the cultivation environment. Then place the culture tank with the set gas environment in a constant temperature incubator for cultivation.
