Altax® NEO

Since 1993, Altax ® Since the official release of the gearbox, it has received continuous praise. At present, new products of this series of reducers have been born. The new series integrates the compact structure of the Altax α series and adopts a 'dual support mechanism' to directly support the heart component of the gearbox - the 'curved plate' - from both sides. Motors with brakes are equipped with low-noise brakes as standard. Gear motors that combine miniaturization and low noise are favored in a wide range of fields.

Altax ® Product features of Neo series:
1. Unique structure:
Adopting a unique circular arc-shaped internal gear, it avoids inter tooth wear and achieves smooth transmission contact. The deceleration mechanism is made of high carbon and high chromium bearing steel with superior wear resistance and fatigue resistance. The meshing ratio is 2-3 times that of involute gears, and the impact load is dispersed and borne by most gears, making it reliable and durable. The meshing rate of involute gears is relatively low, and once an impact load occurs, the impact force is concentrated and borne by 1-2 teeth.

2. Low noise:
Adopting a dual support mechanism and driven by planetary gears, the smooth meshing between gears is achieved, significantly increasing the number of teeth engaged during transmission. Low noise brakes are selected as the standard configuration to achieve low-noise operation.

3. The smallest body shape in the industry:
Small in size, compatible with the highly acclaimed Altax alpha series in major dimensions, with good interchangeability. Adopting a concentric shaft structure different from general gear motors, the smallest flange size in the industry has been achieved, with the flange center matching the motor center and the volume being even smaller.

4. Rich reduction ratio:

5. Free installation direction:
Due to the lack of installation direction restrictions for all models, the body can be freely designed and installed to meet different customer needs.
