All stainless steel shrink packaging machine, clean and tidy.

Instructions for using shrink wrap machine:

1. Connect the external power supply three-phase four wire (380V 50HZ), turn on the power switch on the machine control panel, and the power indicator light will turn on.

2. Close the motor switch on the panel.

3. Close the electric heating switch on the panel.

4. Adjust the motor speed knob and temperature control knob (or temperature control meter) on the panel, set the temperature to the appropriate position, and let the machine preheat first.

5. Pack the items with appropriate cylinder film and place them on the conveyor belt at the entrance of the shrink chamber for shrink packaging.

6. In practical operation, if there are wrinkles after contraction, that is, if the temperature is too low or the speed is too fast, the transmission speed can be slowed down by adjusting the speed knob; If there is excessive shrinkage such as cracking after shrinkage, that is, if the temperature is too high or the speed is too slow, Yi can use the speed adjustment knob to increase the transmission speed and achieve satisfactory shrinkage packaging effect.

(If using PE film packaging, the tail fan unit must be opened)

7. After the packaging work is completed, first return the electric heating temperature setting knob to the zero position and turn off the electric heating switch. Let the conveyor motor and fan motor continue to run for 1020 minutes, wait for heat dissipation and cooling, then reset the adjustment knob to zero, and finally turn off the conveyor motor, fan switch, and power switch.

8. Perform machine cleaning work, remove all dirt and dust, keep the machine clean, and extend its lifespan.
