1Alkali aggregate inorganic bonding material electric jumping tableOverview:
The electric jumping table was developed in cooperation between China Academy of Building Materials Science and our company, and is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the new standard GB/T2419-2004 "Method for determining the flowability of cement mortar". Mainly used to determine the flow value of volcanic ash silicate cement and masonry cement binder, in order to determine the water consumption for the standard consistency of cement binder. It is the main testing equipment for universities, building materials, construction engineering, road transportation, and laboratories.

3、 Installation and debugging
The instrument must be reliably grounded and fixed to the base with expansion bolts. The instrument base is made of concrete pouring (or brick and concrete foundation), with a bottom size of about 450mm × 450mm and a height of about 700mm. A washer should be filled between the base and the instrument rack (see Figure 8. Foundation installation diagram), and the desktop level can be adjusted by adjusting the washer height. After the instrument is installed, its tabletop should be horizontal when measured along two diameter directions that are perpendicular to each other. After the installation of the jumping table, the flowability standard sample (JBW01-1-1) is used for verification. If the measured flowability value differs from the given standard sample flowability value within the specified range, the installation and use performance of the jumping table is qualified.
4、 Measurement method
1. Experimental materials and conditions
The quantity of materials used in one experiment is 540g of cement, 1350g of standard sand, and the water content is calculated according to the predetermined water cement ratio.
1.2 Cement samples, standard sand, and test water shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 177.
1.3 The test conditions should be consistent with the relevant provisions of GB 177.
2 Experimental methods
2.1 Before the experiment, perform idle running to check if all parts are normal.
2.2 The preparation of adhesive sand shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB 177. While preparing the adhesive sand, wipe the jumping table surface, inner wall of the test mold, tamper, and tools in contact with the adhesive sand with a damp cotton cloth. Place the test mold in the center of the jumping table surface and cover it with a damp cotton cloth.
2.3 Quickly load the mixed adhesive sand into the flow test mold in two layers, with one layer reaching about two-thirds of the height of the truncated cone mold. Use a small knife to make 5 cuts in two perpendicular directions, and use a pestle to evenly compact 15 times from the edge to the center. Then, install the second layer of adhesive sand, which is about 20mm higher than the truncated cone mold. Make 10 cuts with a small knife and use a pestle to evenly compact 10 times from the edge to the center. The compaction force should be just enough to fill the truncated cone mold with adhesive sand. Compaction depth, with one layer compacted to half the height of the adhesive sand, and the second layer compacted not exceeding the surface of the compacted bottom layer. When installing adhesive sand and compacting, hold the test mold firmly with your hands and do not move it.
2.4 After compaction is completed, remove the mold sleeve and use a small knife to scrape off and level the adhesive sand that is higher than the truncated cone circular mold from the middle to the edge twice, and wipe off the adhesive sand that falls on the table. Gently lift the truncated cone mold vertically upwards. Immediately start jumping the table, about once per second, and complete 30 jumps within 30 ± 1s.
2.5 After jumping, measure the large diffusion diameter of the bottom surface of the adhesive sand and the diameter perpendicular to the base with a caliper, calculate the average value, take an integer, and express it in millimeters. That is, the fluidity of cement mortar with that water volume.
The flowability test should be completed within 5 minutes from the start of sand mixing to the end of measuring the diffusion diameter.
When there is a dispute over the test results of electric table jumping and manual table jumping, the electric table jumping shall prevail.
