Alcohol concentration meterUsage:
1. Open the cover plate and carefully wipe the detection prism with a soft cloth. Align the prism with the direction of light and adjust the eyepiece viewing ring until the marking line is clear
2. Take a few drops of the solution to be tested and place them on the detection prism. Gently close the cover plate to avoid the formation of bubbles and allow the solution to spread over the surface of the prism.
3. Aim at the light source or bright spot, observe the field of view through the eyepiece, and rotate the eyepiece's visual acuity ring. Make the blue white boundary of the field of view clear. The scale value of the boundary line is the concentration of the solution.
Precautions and maintenance:
1) After use, it is strictly prohibited to rinse directly with tap water to prevent water from entering the optical system pipeline;
2) During use and maintenance, it should be handled with care and carefully maintained. The surface of optical components should not be damaged or scratched;
3) It should be stored in a dry, dust-free, and non corrosive gas environment to prevent mold growth on the surface of optical components;
4) The prism in contact with the tested object is a consumable and cannot be repaired. Please understand;
