Airtight conveyor is a specialized conveying equipment for mining and metallurgical industries, especially for high viscosity and high moisture materials, which has outstanding conveying performance, avoids phenomena such as drifting chain and material return, has a low failure rate, and has a large conveying capacity. The design calculation and selection requirements for the airtight scraper conveyor, as well as the configuration of the driving device, are the same as those for the ordinary buried scraper conveyor. Drive devices and electrical appliances should be matched with explosion-proof types in environments with explosion-proof requirements.
Application scope:
Airtight conveyor can be mainly used in the coal preparation industry to transport raw coal, flotation clean coal, mixed clean coal, fine coal, various high viscosity and high moisture primary coal slurry, filter press tail coal, etc. It is also applicable to places that require explosion prevention, such as metallurgy and mining.
Features:
The airtight conveyors are all detachable structures, which are easy to maintain.
The head and tail shafts of the airtight scraper conveyor are sealed with a special sealing method between the housing, which has better sealing performance than the ordinary buried scraper conveyor with felt ring sealing.
The vertical shell end face of the airtight conveyor adopts a flat flange, which is easy to press and seal;
The spiral spacing can be specially designed according to the differences in material properties, achieving quantitative, uniform, and enclosed feeding without affecting material transportation.
The airtight conveyor has the characteristics of reasonable structure, flexible layout, easy installation, small footprint, ability to achieve multi-point feeding, multi-point unloading, closed unloading, and safe and reliable operation.

One MSF series airtight buried scraper conveyor

The MSF series airtight buried scraper conveyor has 5 specifications, with a groove width of up to 400mm and a maximum conveying capacity of 60t/m; The maximum conveying distance is 80m; mainly used for conveying various small particles, small pieces, and powdery materials containing highly volatile, highly permeable solvents or toxic substances, such as conveying cake containing solvent oil in the leaching workshop of vegetable oil plants. The main technical parameters are shown in Table 1.

The driving device of MSF airtight buried scraper conveyor adopts open chain transmission, which is equipped with YB series motor and ZQ or ZSY series hard tooth surface reducer.

II MCF series airtight buried scraper conveyor

The MCF series airtight buried scraper conveyor has 5 specifications, with a groove width of up to 400mm and a maximum conveying capacity of 50t/h; The maximum lifting height is 30m; mainly used for conveying various small granular, small piece, and powdery materials containing highly volatile, highly permeable solvents or toxic substances, such as conveying cake containing solvent oil in the leaching workshop of vegetable oil plants. The main technical parameters are shown in Table 2.
