Air radioactive monitoring device is a specialized instrument used for real-time collection and analysis of radioactive nuclide concentrations in the air. It is mainly used for environmental monitoring around nuclear facilities, emergency response to nuclear accidents, safety supervision of radioactive material transportation, and public health protection. The equipment collects air particles and aerosols through active sampling or passive adsorption, and combines with high-sensitivity detectors to achieve rapid identification and quantitative analysis of alpha, beta, gamma and other rays. 1、 Equipment Overview

Air radioactive monitoring deviceIt is a specialized instrument used for real-time collection and analysis of radioactive nuclide concentrations in the air, mainly applied in environmental monitoring around nuclear facilities, emergency response to nuclear accidents, safety supervision of radioactive material transportation, and public health protection. The equipment collects air particles and aerosols through active sampling or passive adsorption, and combines with high-sensitivity detectors to achieve rapid identification and quantitative analysis of alpha, beta, gamma and other rays. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, fast response speed, and high degree of automation.

2、 Core technical parameters

1. Detection type:

Alpha rays: energy range of 3MeV-10MeV, detection efficiency ≥ 35% (for 239Pu standard source)

O β - rays: energy range of 0.1MeV-3MeV, detection efficiency ≥ 45% (for 90Sr-90Y standard source)

Gamma rays: energy range of 50keV -3MeV, energy resolution ≤ 8% (for 60Co1.332MeV gamma rays)

2. Sampling performance:

Sampling flow rate: 50-500L/min continuously adjustable, flow stability ≤ ± 2%

Effective sampling area: ≥ 100cm ² (standard configuration with filter membrane diameter of 47mm)

Sampling period: 1-120 minutes, programmable setting

Nuclide recognition capability: Built in library of ≥ 200 nuclides, supporting automatic matching and manual review

IIIAir radioactive monitoring deviceWorking principle

1. Sampling system: Adopting a combination of cyclone separation and membrane filtration technology, the air is pre treated to remove large particles, and then passes through the nuclear pore membrane at a constant flow rate through a quantitative pump. Radioactive aerosols are intercepted on the surface of the membrane.

2. Detection system:

O α/β detection: A large-area ZnS (Ag) scintillator and plastic scintillator composite detector is used to achieve simultaneous measurement of α/β rays.

Gamma detection: Equipped with high-purity germanium detector (HPGe) or NaI (Tl) scintillation detector, combined with multi-channel pulse analyzer (MCA) to achieve energy spectrum analysis.

3. Signal processing: After the detector output pulse is pre amplified and shaped filtered, it is converted into a digital signal by ADC, and real-time processed by FPGA to achieve baseline recovery and pulse accumulation correction. Finally, the gamma spectrum analysis algorithm is used to complete nuclide identification and activity calculation.

4、 Main functional features

1. Intelligent monitoring mode: supports three working modes: continuous monitoring, timed monitoring, and triggered monitoring, and can automatically adjust the measurement duration according to the environmental background

2. Multi parameter alarm: equipped with functions such as nuclide concentration exceeding the standard alarm, detector failure alarm, sampling flow abnormal alarm, etc., supporting sound and light alarm and network push

3. Remote monitoring: Integrated 4G/WiFi module, supports real-time monitoring on both web and mobile devices, and allows for remote configuration of parameters and firmware upgrades

4. Environmental adaptability: Working temperature -10 ℃~50 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 95% (no condensation), meeting the needs of both outdoor and laboratory scenarios
