The digital thermostat DAC-8E can accurately control the hot air temperature of the super air heater.
Simply connect it to the super air heater to easily and accurately set and manage the temperature.
We recommend it to customers who want stable (reproducible) production conditions.
The characteristics of the digital thermostat DAC-8E are as follows:
Stable hot air temperature
It can be automatically adjusted throughout the entire temperature range.
Adopt a control method suitable for fast start air heaters.
It has a small volume, light weight, and compact structure.
The upper and lower temperature alarm functions help create circuits and workflows to ensure safety.
When used in combination with SEN type air heater (with built-in temperature sensor), it is suitable for point heating applications that require precise temperature control, as shown in the following figure.
Preheating and final heating of solder (preheating is particularly effective for lead-free solder)
Deburring, cutting, and bending of resin and metal products
Drying of adhesives, inks, and paints
