Our company has improved the equipment to increase drying efficiency, which has the following characteristics:

1. Air drying equipment gradually increases the temperature and airflow velocity of the drying medium. Due to the continuous increase in temperature of the material as the moisture content decreases, the temperature and flow rate of the drying medium can accelerate the drying process.

2. The combination of fan and exhaust fan can be used for drying. The air drying equipment adopts blast drying. After the lower material evaporates some moisture, it is dried by suction to prevent moisture evaporation and condensation. After the overall thermal stability is increased, it can dry relatively quickly.

3. Thin layer drying. Reduce the condensation degree of water vapor in the lower part of the material, so that relatively low materials can achieve good drying efficiency when condensing water vapor.

4. Air drying equipment increases the diffusion efficiency of materials, increases the contact area with hot air, and makes the distribution of hot air uniform and wide, greatly increasing the drying efficiency.
