Unit design:
The layout of heat exchange unit equipment and pipelines should be aesthetically pleasing, with smooth pipeline interfaces, minimal pressure loss, easy maintenance, and convenient operation and observation; There is maintenance space on both sides of the plate heat exchanger; When the primary medium is steam, the flow velocity of the medium in the pipeline is less than 50m/s. When the primary medium is hot water, the flow velocity of the medium in the pipeline is less than 2.5m/s; The flow velocity of the secondary medium in the pipeline is less than 3m/s. The pressure drop of the heat exchange unit pipeline and equipment shall not exceed 100kPa on the primary side and 120kPa on the secondary side.
