Product characteristics of air conditioning filter bag:
*The filter material of the air conditioning filter bag is made of high-performance non-woven fabric using hot melt technology, avoiding the discomfort that old glass fiber materials may cause to the human body;
*The filter material contains electrostatic fibers, which have a particularly good filtering effect on sub micron (less than 1 μ m) dust, with high dust capture rate, high permeability, high dust load, and long service life;
*Each group of bags has a positioning air duct to ensure good filtering effect;
*Each set of filter bags is fixed with metal strips to increase the strength of the filter screen and prevent the filter bags from breaking due to friction caused by wind at high wind speeds,
*Each filter bag has six inner liners to prevent excessive expansion of the filter bag due to wind pressure, which may reduce the filtration area and efficiency;
*The filter bag is sewn by hot melt method, which has good airtightness and bonding strength, and does not produce air leakage or rupture;
*Strong humidity resistance, up to 80 ℃ at room temperature;

Non-woven cloth pocket filter is used for pre-filter or medium filter in air conditioning ventilation system and filtration system.
