The Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrophotometer uses a scintillation xenon lamp, providing excellent sensitivity, high signal-to-noise ratio, and fast kinetics. It can detect the emitted light of the sample in four modes. After adopting xenon lamp technology, it can capture a data point every 12.5 milliseconds and scan at a speed of 24000 nm/min without spectral peak drift. Cary Eclipse is the only spectrophotometer for room light immunity. The optional porous plate reader can perform full wavelength scanning on 384 samples. The BioMelt package provides the function of thermal denaturation research.
