Perhaps it is inevitable to replace the stator, rotor, or winding separately; ----When the mixer stops running for a long time, the insulation resistance value needs to be measured. The manufacturer guarantees that the cold insulation resistance is greater than 100M Ω when leaving the factory, but the motor can still operate normally when this value is 20M Ω If it is less than 2M Ω, the mixer cannot be forcibly started. At this time, the power cable should be checked first, then the cable connection cavity should be checked, and finally the winding should be checked.

2. The sealed control leakage detection probe is used to detect the water ingress in the oil chamber. When the water leakage into the oil chamber reaches a certain degree, the resistance between the two leakage detection probes will change, and the control cabinet will send a signal accordingly. However, the mixer can still run for a short period of time. To avoid damage to the mixer, it should be repaired immediately and the mechanical seal replaced.
