Advanced airway management simulatorThe model is capable of simulating tracheal intubation, artificial respiration surface ventilation, oral airway fluid foreign body suction, cricothyroid membrane incision and puncture, and cricoid cartilage compression. The model is made of polymer materials and has the characteristics of realistic shape and realistic operation. It is suitable for clinical teaching and internship training in medical schools, nursing schools, clinical emergency care, anesthesia, and other fields.
Features:
Having precise anatomical features of the head and neck, including the nasal cavity, oral cavity, teeth, cricoid cartilage, epiglottis, trachea, esophagus, lungs, stomach, etc., can more effectively explain the Sellick maneuver and airway spasms.
Tracheal, pharyngeal, and esophageal intubation can be performed through the mouth or nose, and various instruments can be inserted, such as endotracheal tubes, laryngeal tubes, and combination tubes.
■ Oral or nasal bronchial suction can be performed through the bronchi.
■ Practice the operation of clearing airway obstruction and suctioning foreign objects such as liquids.
■ It is possible to perform airway opening exercises and resuscitation ball mask, as well as ventilation exercises between resuscitation ball tubes.
During artificial ventilation, the respiratory movement of the lungs can be observed, and if intubation is correct, the left and right breathing sounds can be heard using a listening device.
■ It has a tooth compression alarm function. If the instrument excessively compresses the teeth, the model will produce a sound indicating tooth fracture.
■ It has different operating interfaces to choose from: simulated training for tracheal insertion through the mouth, simulated training for compression of the cricoid cartilage.
■ Built in sensors: can automatically detect simulated human body position, monitoring of cricoid cartilage compression, and tracheal tube position.
Equipped with a LCD display, electronic monitoring of different positions of the tracheal intubation tube, and simulation of the operation training interface for tracheal intubation through the mouth, there are two modules: operation instructions and operation training.
·The operation instruction module includes: detailed explanation of preoperative preparation, indications and contraindications, operation steps, precautions, and prevention of complications for tracheal tube C.
·Operation training module: Electronic monitoring of different positions of the tracheal tube C, with an animated interface displaying the "throat" after the tube is inserted into the glottis; The insertion of a catheter into the esophagus or trachea displays an animated interface for "inserting into the esophagus" or "inserting into the trachea"; Insertion into the esophagus and ventilation can cause gastric distension; After the intubation is completed, there will be an animated interface displaying "Remove the catheter", and there will be voice prompts throughout the entire process.
Simulated training on the compression operation of the cricoid cartilage: The liquid crystal display electronically monitors the position, intensity, and time of the compression of the cricoid cartilage, and can effectively judge the operation effect. The pressure level can be visually displayed through different colors of vertical stripes on the display screen.
·There is a "correct position" prompt sound when pressing in the correct position.
·There is a "position error" prompt sound when pressing in the wrong position.
·When the pressure is too high, there will be a "too high pressure" prompt sound and it will be displayed in red on the screen.
·The display screen intuitively shows the duration of the press. If the duration exceeds 20 seconds, the numerical color changes from "white" to "red".
Simulated laryngeal edema training: Pinch a pressure ball with your hand to inflate the neck airbag, causing airway obstruction, and then perform tracheal intubation. If the intubation is obstructed, simulate laryngeal edema training.
Training for puncture and incision of the cricothyroid membrane.
By lifting the lower jaw, the model mouth can be opened.
■ It has full voice prompts throughout the process.
