The N83524 series adopts a dual quadrant design, with current charging and discharging capabilities, a voltage accuracy of up to 0.6mV, support for μ A current measurement, and up to 24 channels per machine. The channels are isolated from each other, making it convenient for multiple channels to be used in series, meeting BMS testing requirements and ATE testing applications for consumer electronic products. The N83524 series supports local/remote (LAN/RS232/CAN) control, with a communication response time of ≤ 10ms. N83524 adopts a bidirectional current design, with each channel supporting 5A current output and suction. Users can customize the battery charging and discharging model and control it in real-time through a dedicated upper computer, meeting the requirements of BMS active/passive balancing testing.
The N83524 series power supply has a voltage ripple noise of less than 2mVrms and fast dynamic response capability.When the load changes by 10%~90%, the time to recover to the original voltage within -50mV is less than 100 μ s; The voltage rise and fall waveforms are high-speed and without overshoot, and the excellent transient response characteristics enable the N83524 series battery simulator to provide stable output voltage under dynamic load conditions.
The N83524 series battery simulator has various battery simulation functions such as power mode, charging mode, battery simulation, sequence testing, SOC simulation, real-time curve, etc. It can also achieve high-precision voltage and current measurement to quickly verify the response of various portable electronic products under different battery conditions. And the internal circuit of N83524 is optimized for different BMS chips, which can adapt to various specifications of BMS board testing. The N83524 integrates 24 independent output channels in a 19 inch 3U chassis. By selecting the NB108-2 single battery fault simulator (as shown in the right figure), it can achieve 24 channel built-in positive and negative short circuit, positive and negative open circuit, and polarity reverse simulation functions. It supports both local and remote control methods. In BMS testing, external matrix switch components that simulate single battery faults can be eliminated, improving the integration of the testing system and reducing complex and cumbersome wiring, saving space and reducing costs for customers.
