1、 Product Introduction:
The calibration device of the sound wave detector is based on《Design and manufacture of JJG 990-2004 Ultrasonic Testing Instrument Verification Regulations, used for the verification and calibration of ultrasonic testing instruments, concrete ultrasonic testing instruments, foundation pile CT imaging testing instruments, and non-metallic ultrasonic testing instruments. The device consists of a signal generator, attenuator, sound path adjustment device, load resistor, AC voltmeter, oscilloscope, etc. It can complete the calibration and verification of sound time measurement (sound signal, electrical signal), amplitude measurement level linearity, transmission voltage stability, frequency range of the receiving system, channel isolation, and other items. Optional soundproof water tank, measuring hydrophone, measuring amplifier, etc. can complete the amplitude measurement range, resonant frequency of the transmitting transducer, and other calibration items.
