The Tian De Yi Biological Washing and Deodorizing Tower is a suspended activated sludge treatment system, and the removal process of industrial odorous gases is divided into two processes: absorption and biodegradation reaction. The spray device in the biological washing deodorizer sprays the circulating liquid against the airflow, causing the pollutants in the exhaust gas to come into contact with the water on the surface of the packing, and thus be absorbed by the water and transferred into the liquid phase, thus achieving the process of mass transfer. The washing solution that absorbs the components of the exhaust gas flows into the activated sludge tank, and after being oxygenated with air, it is regenerated. The absorbed gaseous pollutants are removed from the liquid phase by the activated sludge suspension through microbial oxidation.
