Accutase enzyme digestion solution

Accutase is a ready to use cell separation solution made from collagen hydrolase and proteolytic enzyme. It is used for routine separation of adherent cells from tissue culture plates and flasks. Accutase has been successfully used for subculturing various cells, including fibroblasts, endothelial cells, vascular smooth muscle cells, as well as liver cells, embryonic stem cells, and many immortalized cell lines, such as adherent CHO and BHK cells, HEK 293, L929, HeLa, 3T3, etc. Accutase does not contain mammalian or bacterial products.
